We allow rescheduling of workshop slot for individuals if notified 24 hours before your workshop slot, subjected to availability of timings. 

No, we do not do refunds. Thus, we encourage you to consider carefully before before making a booking and/or purchase a product.

All payment via Paylah/PayNow or Bank Transfer. More payment details will be given upon order.

For all orders, we have a $5 flat rate for tracked delivery. This ensures that your order reaches you safely and quickly. Your mobile number might be given to 3rd party services for delivery purposes.

For urgent orders, we could do same-day express delivery for $20, subject to availability of delivery slot. Please reach out to us here to make the necessary delivery arrangements.

We will reach out to you within 1-3 days regarding your order. Payment have to be successfully made before orders will be processed.
